Catering and Food Services
An executive chef and catering manager ensure the highest standards of food service, including a variety of menu choices that change daily, maintaining awareness of dietary restrictions (including food allergies), and providing alternative menu items to meet individual and cultural preferences.
A fitness room equipped with state-of-the-art gym equipment is available to guests.
First Aid Room
There is a fully equipped first aid room which is equipped with all necessary items to service the requirements of occupants and crew, and can be customized to meet the standards set by local regulators.
Guest Laundry Services
Guest laundry facilities are available for self-service use on a 24-hour basis. In addition, full guest laundry service is provided at regular intervals.
Regularly scheduled housekeeping is provided in each room and in all common areas.
Dry rooms are located on each floor, which guests must pass through to access their rooms.
The ship has wireless high-speed internet everywhere. The bandwidth will allow for Skype based internet service on individual computers. There is also a computer and satellite phone area for guest use.
Like any well-run hotel, we offer centrally located Front Desk service to provide a convenient 24-hour single point of contact for registration, housekeeping services, maintenance, and security issues. Our front desk personnel use the most current software systems to produce customized reports of registration records and data, resident activities, occupancies and crew rotations.
