Vancouver, BC, Canada, December 10, 2024  – Bridgemans Services Group (Bridgemans), the world’s premier provider of floatels and related marine services, is thrilled to announce that the company will be the Title Sponsor for Canada’s World Cup four-man bobsleigh team for the 2024-25 and 2025-26 seasons.

Under the sponsorship agreement, the Canadian four-man team’s bobsleighs, team gear and race suits  will proudly feature the Bridgemans logo for the next two years.

Canada’s premier four-man team enters the 2024-25 bobsleigh season with a seasoned, competitive crew that has won medals on both the North American and World Cup circuits. Pilot Taylor Austin earned an electrifying World Cup bronze in Whistler two years ago and enters the new season with teammates Shane Ohrt, Chris Ashley, Mark Zanette and Yohan Eskrick-Parkinson.

Austin and his team started the 2024-25 season on a winning note. He and Ohrt won the season-opening North American Cup in the two-man bobsleigh in Whistler, British Columbia while Austin, Ohrt, Zanette and Eskrick-Parkinson won the event’s four-man bobsleigh.

“We appreciate Bridgemans’ strong support and generosity as we prepare to compete with the world’s preeminent bobsleigh teams in just one month’s time,” said Austin. “With the Bridgemans sponsorship agreement in place, we are now fully focused on performing at our best in 2025 for Canada and Canadians, from coast to coast to coast. Our goals include top results on the World Cup circuit in 2025 leading to a medal fight at the World Championship event, this upcoming March, in Lake Placid, NY. These result will push us forward and help up find a place on the Canadian Olympic team, striving for a medal at the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.”
