MV Isabelle X  offer a luxurious home away from home with 652 newly renovated single cabins with private ensuites, a high-end dining room, lounges, meeting rooms, fast wi-fi, offices, medical care, a state-of-the-art 8,000-square-foot gym, billiards and games room, and dedicated accommodations for team members.

The floatel also offers a wide array of advanced environmental systems including an ultraviolet water purification system, the ability to run on shore hydro power, industrial-sized heat pumps, and sewage treatment that includes ultrafiltration, a low intensity UV unit, and shipping to a waste management facility. In addition, Bridgemans has designed MV Isabelle X to eliminate waste and recycle as much as possible.

Personnel Transfer Deck

The personnel transfer deck is the command center for the floatel logistics. Facilitating all the residents’ requirements to depart and arrive safely from the project site. Security stations with badging systems, heated lockers to dry wet work clothes and wash stations all ensure a seamless arrival or departure for all residents.

Industrial Heat Pumps

One of the world’s largest installations of a heat pump system on a ship, MV Isabelle received a rare installation of 6 industrial heat pumps that draw energy from seawater.

Custom built in Italy, the heat pumps are equipped with large titanium heat exchangers against which glycol water is circulated. In winter, they are used as collectors. In the summer, when the units run like AC, the heat is cooled by the exchangers.
