There are a total of 70 rooms which are all single-occupancy. Each room is equipped with a private washroom, built-in closet, and sitting area with desk, window, TV and WIFI.
The dining room will seat up to 150 guests in one sitting with buffet style service. The dining facility is designed to provide three meal services a day.
The dining room is set up to provide a lounge area where guests can congregate after hours for sporting events and socials.
Catering and Food Services
An executive chef and catering manager ensure the highest standards of food service, including a variety of menu choices that change daily, maintaining awareness of dietary restrictions (including food allergies), and providing alternative menu items to meet individual and cultural preferences.
Scheduled housekeeping is provided in each room and in all common areas.
The laundry room is set up to handle daily laundry service as well as the housekeeping requirements. There will be a self-serve laundry facility included in the service.
The Floatel has wireless high-speed internet everywhere. The bandwidth will allow for Skype based internet service on individual computers. There is also a computer and satellite phone area for guest use.
Water will be treated using UV filter treatment and will be dispersed from holding tanks.
All circuits are established for on-board power. Shore power is not required, but preferred.
Sewage and Waste Management
All sewage and waste management will be handled by Bridgemans Services.
Bridgemans Services Ltd will work with all national, regional and local authorities to meet all operating standards and obtain all necessary permits.
Location and Moorage
The floatel can be anchored inshore or secured alongside dock access and placed in any environment as it is fully self-contained. This will allow for easy deployment with very little lead time. There are no requirements for shore service connectivity.
The security office has full circuit CCTV for the ship and corridors.
There is a fully equipped first aid room which is equipped with all necessary items to service the requirements of occupants and crew, and can be customized to meet the standards set by local regulators.
